| Come and join (or just visit) one of our great mission groups! All points-of-contact can be reached through the church office at 831-663-4661. In addition to the ministries described below, we offer: Nursery, Children's Worship Service, On-site Spanish Mission, and Bible study for all ages. Men's Ministry - The men of First Baptist Church of Prunedale (FBCP) meet at least once a month for a men's breakfast as well as for prayer and fellowship. The men of FBCP also attend events that happen throughout the year such as Promise Keepers. The point-of-contact for the men's group is Pastor Porter Wells. Women's Ministry - The women of FBCP meet at least once a month for a women's breakfast as well as for prayer and fellowship. The point-of-contact for the women's group is Sharon Strange. Women on Missions - The women of FBCP meet at least once a month for prayer and fellowship. The point-of-contact is Sharon Strange. Children's Ministry - FBCP has an active children's department. Many special children's activities, such as Vacation Bible School, are planned throughout the year. The point-of-contact for the children's Ministry is Caroline Creel. Student Ministry - FBCP is currently in the process of building a youth department. Many special activities, such as Winter on Fire, the 30 Hour Famine and Spirit West Coast, are planned. The point-of-contact for the youth ministry is Becky Vick. Care Ministry - The Care Ministry provides food and assistance to our church family as well as reaching out to the community. It is a way to show Christ's love for one another. Help use the gifts and talents of the church body to meet the practical needs of families in crisis in a trustworthy, non-intrusive manner. The point-of-contact for the Care Ministry is Doris Cabaluna. Visitation - The Visitation program is an opportunity for members of FBCP to go out and visit the community as well as other past and present members. Visitation will take place the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:30 p.m. Can't make it on Mondays - contact Pastor Porter to get more information on the visitation program and to arrange special visitation days. Come and go out visiting with us! FBCP also has many active committees, such as the Hospitality and Kitchen, Property and Space, Music, and Evangelism committees.
